Louis Vuitton

This store has a bad rep so I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit. I dressed like a slob, but was able to get help rather quickly. Sales associate was friendly . I ended up making a purchase.

New luggage purchased here - service friendly , prompt and courteous as always.

I love to walk thru the store. Everyone is always so nice. Everything is so beautiful.

Customer service is great. Since they want you to shop haha

The cust. reps are judgmental. I walked in looking not-so-cute and I had to wave down someone to help me. I bought $3k+ worth of stuff and the "rich" looking folks were just window shopping. Lame!

Man we went in at a bad time due to last minute holiday shoppers and we had to wait forever for someone to help us. Also came in in street attire so we did not look like serious buyers.

This store has the WORST sale associates . You have to dress to impress to get any help. Better luck going to SF or Stanford. My best experience is actually in SF.

I don't know what the complaints are all about. I walked in wearing lazy weekend clothing , but was greeted and had A+ service all the way. Maybe it was your attitude and not LV workers?

Customer service here sucks. Be prepared to be ignored and wait. If you're lucky, someone might acknowledge your existence.

This Louis Vuitton location has the worst customer service! You are not even greeted when you walk in the store, a sales associate will not approach you, you have to approach them and ask for help!
