Crystal Jade Golden Palace was awarded a Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Singapore 2016.

Peking duck was nice, esp with plum sauce . Fish was fresh n noodles were tasty. The coconut dessert was special. The 薑湯湯圓 had a strong ginger taste, but with 2 dumplings only.

Great example of dimsum that is tasty yet not salty. Everything we tried were good. No doubt these delicately made morsels of yums are rated as one of the best in Singapore! Well deserved star.

Sweet meets savoury in dishes like double-boiled sea whelk with chicken , starfruit and pomelo ($20) and East meets West when deep-fried chicken is doused with a black-truffle sauce ($65).

Carrot cake w xo not that bad. Teochew fish porridge must get the one w scallops n the liu sa bao not bad either. Char siew pau decent. But all cannot compare to MBS Imperial treasure

Every dish was decent, but nothing beats the peking duck !!! Just make sure to call in advance for the order.

One of the best places for Peking duck served three ways. Attentive service.

The braised beef with mushrooms was phenomenal. The meat- was succulent and juicy - loved it.

Dim sum 's really good (I especially loved the BBQ pork buns/char siu bao )

Environment is nice, quiet , light in comfortable volume. The buffer package is small dishes but many chooses.. Including abalone , rice , vege , duck , dessert .. etc..

Recommend the crispy noodles where you add the gravy yourself so the noodles do not get too soggy.

Singapore's favourite. Nothing more for me to say.....except that I like the xiaolongbao , lamian and roast duck here.

Prawns with salted egg yolk . Best! Cholestorol hell. But you'll be in heaven. Lemon tea is horrible.
