Garota de Ipanema

The picanha was excellent, the food came quick, and the staff was responsive. Garota de Ipanema is a must go-to when visiting Rio. Our large meal with drinks and appetizers came out to R$100.

Although mostly touristic ,it's worth it. The picanha costs 105reais and it's Perfect at leastq For 2 People. Rustic wood,many tables,waiters hardly speak any English,but they'll get the right Order.

Excellent picanha ! Ask for bacalao bolinhos!!! And of course have a caipirinha !!!

Food is great and portions are to share. The fish and rice was delicious. Meat comes on a kind of stove to be cooked at your table. Must do!

Mixed appetisers are great. Little simosa's with meat, shrimp , cheese ,... Moqueca sauce is good, but the fish wasn't fresh at all. I've eaten much better moqueca. Take the meat (picanha ), no fish .

Steak on a hotplate is a must, and if you like fish you should order the fish balls and crab in a shell too :-)

A picanha à brasileira é muito boa! Vem com arroz , vinagrete , farofa e fritas. Uma boa pedida para quem está com fome! O ambiente é um pouco quente.
