It's the only In-N-Out technically in Newport. When the drive thru line splits, make sure to use the right side . It's usually quicker. Either way, it's usually a bit of a mess. Also, no indoor seating

The service you seemed professional, friendly , helpful, and patient. The lady at the counter was very efficient and was able to give me an estimated time.

I know it's a major chain restaurant but they still make the best burger for less than $5 (sorry Five Guys).

Staff is nice, but can afford to working on their listening skills when it comes to food orders. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. Not acceptable.
