Delaney Farms is where I always buy fresh corn . I also buy a variety of herb plants and other vegetables there. Some of their fresh vegetables are organically grown. In shed D (for Delaney!)
Grab a coffee and a friend, enjoy all the market has to offer. Great place to try new foods, browse and people watch
Make sure you grab some dog treats from Full Circle Feed! My friend's dog goes crazy for them and the business is owned by a SUNY-ESF grad who wants to keep it local!
Lots of vendors , farmers, and wares to see and buy. Always a great experience had, rain or shine.
Find recess coffee . The vendor is there every weekend, all year with samples of Syracuse local, organic , fair trade , fresh roasted coffee and vegan cookies !
Sunday at the regional market is where you can find some good deals on old stuff and some new stuff too. Saturday is the day for produce and flowers . Oh btw it's open all year long for both days
Red Jacket juice is the bestest! It is near the end of one of the buildings and 2/$6! A better deal than the grocery store !
A place where you can buy local produce , eggs , meat, pasta , soap and more! Not all vendors are selling local stuff, so ask and/or be aware of what is in season.
Longhorn Ranch and Heller's both located in C shed are both local and carry locally grown produce and meats. Get your lettuce and fish at refresh Farms .
A good place to get fresh vegetables and fruits without spending a lot money. ????
Better when crops are regional. But plenty of local and organic . Gotta love the fresh breads and on Sundays is flea market
Great veggies , breads , and more. Just a terrific place to spend a Saturday morning.
Go see Aubry at Witty Wicks and see her beautiful candles! A portion of every "hope" candle is donated to Hope for Heather!
I fill my backseat with fresh fruit and vegetables for less than $20 every week!
Great place to buy fruits and vegetables and other common and not so common foods at a great price.
Located in the original 1938 wholesale market structure , the restored Commons is an exciting year round destination. Featuring independently owned retail boutiques . Open-air seating is available.
Refresh farms sells locally grown lettuce and tilapia , all aquaponic. No pesticides or artificial fertilizers.
Great spot, even this time of year, for fresh fruits n vegetables .
Open year round, heated in the winter! Buy local, support your community's farmers!
Delaney Farms (shed C? at the end) always has good herb & flowering plants in the spring. By August, farm fresh produce is also available, including outstanding corn !
Bluetree Studios sells sells beautiful baskets from Africa. Occasionally, there's also African made jewelry . Like peanut brittle ? Taste the version that Bluetree carries! All great gifts ! Read more
Always inquire where the farm is if they don't display it. Some of the booths are just dealers & you're not getting local produce !
Go to Shed A and buy soap from Syracuse Soapworks. Locally made soap that is good for you and the environment. Wonderful scents! They even have a Cuse Soap (citrus ). Read more
Always LOVE the fish place --- often got fresh whole fish or even live blue shell crabs in the fall, but not always though.
