Best last min hotel/casino find. Had a great time. Customer service was good. Checked on me 2 make sure everything was great and if I had a problem they did there best to fix it. Would stay here again

Shrimp cocktail is a great deal! Fun atmosphere with dancers in between tables.

The Golden Gate Suites are a unique and weird room but still pretty nice and very quiet for being downtown.

Such a HUGE disappointment! What started off as a great stay w/ great customer service ended with the property scamming us on price, 86 degrees F in the room & HORRIBLE customer service. A MUST avoid!

Prime Rib Baby!

They are famous for their shimp cocktail , but the old San Francisco Shrimp Bar is long gone. Now you have to get one inside the cramped quarters of Dupars , and what once was 99 cents is now $2.99!

Guest service was crap. They didn't have our reservation . Couldn't find us a decent room. They ended up sending us to a different hotel .

Hotel é bem limpo e organizado ! O quarto é pequeno mas atende bem. Cobraram + $22,00 por dia, dizendo ser taxas do hotel , e a Tam viagens não havia dito nada sobre isso, tive que pagar.

Un hotel clásico y muy bien ubicado, es muy sencillo, pero es histórico para la ciudad.
