Bilik okay jer (family room ) bilik 2010. Plug kurang. Wall mounted remote control ac rosak.

Booked for a confirmed rate for govt but when checkin told no such rate. Breakfast from 7.30am to 10.00am, but when I there at 8.15am, food is ready finished, no refilled made. POOR SERVICE!

Mahal n x berbaloi... tv , air con not fully function, xde peti ais, bilik berbau... rm170 per night totally not worth it.

Fikir dulu sblm dtg hotel nie… very suck compare with others HSM. Bilik bau busuk n service & condition room hancus… don't ever think to came & stay here…need to do something utk upgrade this hotel

Just an ordinary hotel but it's good for resting place.

I kill the cockroach already .. Because it bite me ... In the neck.. Try to run but I hit it with the astro magazine... "So what u give .. U get it back ... But in a hard way Mr Cockroach"...
