Room was great especially d bathing experience was top notch. Breakfast buffet still kinda suxx, no soft boiled egg for a 5star hotel ?? Come on~ Overall it's was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful clean rooms . Toilets could be brighter/better lit, but overall an amazing hotel ! Gorgeous lobby & dining areas, and really nice, helpful & friendly staff . Will definitely be going back! :DDD

Very good customer service. Especially in the reception. Very clean and well decorated lobby. Located opposite to the east coast mall . Highly recommended.

Close to city centre. Can accommodate for early check in and late check out without extra charge. Just ask and if you're lucky, you get the deal

Nice, comfortable , clean , friendly staff . The front office staff even remember my name & greet me by my name! Ideal location. Still the best in Kuantan.

Hotel to stay at kuantan,near ECM mall ,just across the road . Very convenient. The room is nice,although the bathroom got no lock.

1) good hotel staff ☆☆☆☆☆. 2) good wifi . Easy to do my work. 3) nice room with good smell. 4) reasonable price (mid range)

Nice room .. spacious and comfy .. breakfast spread was respectable.. but not outstanding. Best part has to be the malls that flanked the hotel .. overall 3.5 stars out if 5.

Semuan pun best ! Except for kids time out area need to improve more. Bread puddinh and nasi lemak was yummylicious! Worth every penny

Bell boys only dress to impress. A lady walked in with loads of bags, did not offer to help. 5 star??!! Management please take note. A 5 star hotel always asks their customers if they need help!

Will be staying here everytime we went to Kuantan. Worth, free&nice&comfy gym , wii, swimmingpool , lounge , lepaks. good&delicious food :))

Nice hotel ... good location opposite the new East Coast Mall . A bit crowded during holiday period.... limited usage of lift facilities due to poor maintenance.... what a shame !

Short walking distance to East Coast Mall . Bilik pun cun. This is our room Deluxe Twin. Cantik! ;)

Deluxe room+ 2pax breakfast only for rm250(on school holidays) . Add on rm65 for extra comfort bed(towels&feather pillow included)

First time stay and I enjoyed it. Great location with a mall next to it. Service staff were also very friendly .

For kuantan, kira okla. No choice. Have to try their dinner buffet , damn lavish menu especially for seafood .

Event here suck : Ballroom for 500 pax (with dining table) only have 2 speaker?. Food for the dinner is horrendous esp the chinese 7 course. Avoid this hotel pls guys. 5 star hotel with 2 star service

The Lounge bar even worse. Had to wait 1 hour for our drink. There are only 4 table occupied. Plain water arrived after 30 minutes. Mixed up the order. The supervisor dont know the drink name.

I was completely turned off by the sight of a group of noisy half-naked guys smoking & playing snooker on level 4. The hotel should not allow people from the swimming pool at the snooker area.

The hotel breakfast not as 5 star hotel worst and below standard especially the malay food. I had stay here almost every month but the food taste getting worst and worst. The chef need to be change.

It was an okay experience. I loved the bathroom and comfy bed but having to pay RM 350 for it? Was not happy that they told me sauna & jacuzzi was free at check in but later have to pay extra for it!

Must get a place that is either the east or west because can see the sunrise or sunset there!

Had a lunch here, obviously oversold. Quite dissapointing, although theres variety of foods. Lamb , mussels chickens . But the desserts are awesome. Oh staff services are very poor and unfriendly.

Not bad...across the road is the shopping complex easier for find foods and goods..

I ordered a glass of whiskey on the rock and the waiter couldn't understand, he then asked someone wearing suit to attend to me and he asked me do I want ice with my whiskey , What The Hell???

Variety of choices in their breakfast buffet . Friendly & helpful housekeepers. Still have the newly built smell.

At the heart of Kuantan's city !

They have a nice gym , remember to check it out! Although only a decent view of the mall though.
