Steak 'n Shake

Jeremy is a great server. The cooks skimped on the fries and he brought out another unprompted! :)

They don't make it until you order it ;) I'm hoping it's worth the wait!

Slow service, had to ask for refills. Server only showed up once besides to take orders and to bring out food, and that was after we asked another server for refills. Workers were playing around.

Staff will move mountains for you if you treat them right

Finding out about milkshake happy hour is the best and worst thing that has happened to me lately...

10:30pm on Labor Day. 5 cars behind me and 1 waiting at the stop sign for food. My time ticker says I've been waiting 9:42 minutes.

I had wonderful service from Rachel! Fast and friendly .

No one goes to Steak 'n Shake. They end up at Steak 'n Shake.

Our food came out quick & was good. Our server didn't check back on us.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SOME EMPLOYEES.

Lousy service, don't even bother. We were seated, waited 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. It WAS NOT busy either!

The service her is very slow and not very friendly

Disappointingly slow inside service. Use drive-thru or go to the one on Chippewa or Gravois instead

Awful food, awful service. Worth skipping
