2nd Floor of the Punggol Settlement, this place is a decent pub-style joint that's quite good (for North-East Singapore standards). Good selection of food and drink, though service is not up to par.
Service is really good but food falls beyond expectations. Come here for night breezes and drinks instead
This place is getting more crowded ! The tables and chairs are getting on the way while we walked!

The Fisherman basket is no longer the same!!! No more fries .... No more fish balls , and the portion so small.... Sad
