Was better before the re-launch, lost done if its traditional elements still a great place in the hill to have a drink by the fire

Colum Duffy

Nice pub with outdoor seating areas in the back. Good choice of food but be careful on some surprise ingredients - had goat 's cheese in the Chicken , ham and leak pie !

Brooke Louise

Great Covid procedures in place. Feels very safe. Vegan risotto was about average but I'll take what I can get right now. Huge outside is beautiful.

Alberto Attilio Reggiori

Great local a bit off the beaten track food it’s great so it’s the atmosphere and the beer

Edina Pető

Lovely design, massive garden . Food is average, probably best to go for a drinks with nibbles

James Bennett

The roast beef is sensational. Home made horseradish with perfect yorkshires too. Wash it down with the Rioja Criazana and that's an hour well spent...

Alex Bunch

Excellent. Most of the food is pretty good, but if you love dessert , don't skip it here. Homemade Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream (really more of a cake than pudding )...Awesome.

Herman Santiago

Lorenzo Bernardi

The bbq is pretty good and the garden is worth a visit when all the pubs by the river are packed

Vikash

Huge outdoor garden

Joris Verbeek

Good food, great mussels (check when they came in though). Don't forget to say hello to Andy

Tow Yur

Ambiance and the service

Laura V

Overpriced, slow service and average food. Used to be family friendly which was the only reason they could charge£9 for a large glass of wine . Have now decided they don't want to encourage families.

Ranish Jansari

Amazing steak

Joshua Tate

Expensive for what it is and the food was average at best. Shame really because the decor and music were great.

Henry Gane

Brilliant Garden !

Andrew Elliott

Try the sunday roast !

chloe nury

Nice pub but really really slow service, had to wait 1 hour for some snacks with our beers ...!

Kev McFadyen

Food is excellent, but avoid the "healthy" risotto - it doesn't do the rest of the menu justice.

Andrew Elliott

Sunday Roast....amazing!

Tom K

Quite expensive

Angelique

Food is great - service is terrible and the staff are a tad rude! But hey each to their own :o)

Mark W

One of the best views in Richmond overlooking Petersham, Ham & the Thames. Good pubs that let you take glasses outside - gets VERY busy at weekends & on summer evenings though. - Callum Saunders
