Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa

This place is pretty cool - More designed for Families with young kids. We loved our room - I called for something and the response was superb! Highly recommend the place.

You cannot beat this place for the value! Our king suite was beautiful!! Granite, dining room, jacuzzi tub , fireplace and large patio looking out on the mountains ! Love this place!

I enjoyed my stay. Even though the stay was short . I didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities , but on the next trip I will definitely give them a shot. Look to be greeted by a timeshare salesman.

Now I am an owner! Make sure you take the kids to the water park ! Staff is amazing and go out of their way! Great food upstairs! Over all A++

The serenity spa is so relaxing. Southern Comfort was deliciously insane. Everyone who works here is super friendly . AND it’s the only hotel / resort actually located on the mountain .

Bring swimsuit for indoor pool . Trollies are great, but plan ahead. Great for central location to motorcycle in the mountains . Short ride to "The Dragon's Tail", 311 turns in 11 miles....awsome!

We have owned here since 2005. Every time we come here, it gets better. We love it. Never regretted our decision to buy or upgrade.

The cleanest resort and Spa in the world. Great place to take your kids. I will give this place a 5 star rating.

Just checked in and it's late and some woman comes banging on the door wanting to set up time to meet to buy timeshare ! Don't do it!

Walls are thin all you hear is your neighbors. Dust hanging from the walls, spots on walls and I also found a pacifier by our bed - we don't have a baby. Shows how thorough they clean the rooms.

Great place to stay, we had a blast - our room was super awesome!! The indoor waterfall was crazy awesome! Everyone (4-60 yrs) had a blast in there!! :)

This is an amazing resort . Right up on the side of a mountain surrounded by trees .

The "concierge " service is actually a sales person. I've been an owner since 2004 and everytime I visit a Westgate resort the brutal salesmen make me want to never come back.

Our room was really nice. Loved the huge jetted bathtub. The room is an adorable little apartment . Perfect for two!

New building (5000) is up on top of the mountan, great view , 60inch flat screens , etc. Staff was good. shuttle is slow, 20min cycle.

The Market has everything you need. The snack bar above the water park has a decent burger .

Place is awesome parking is a nightmare need separate parking for those just using waterpark

No parking available by our cabin . Had to walk from office ,security came b/c there was a noise disturbance called in on us . We were only talking . We have 4 kids, 2 adults . On Saturday ( vacation )

Being an owner its always nice to come home, we have vacationed numerous places but nothing beats Westgate Gatlinburg.

Things were fine until we signed up for the Westgate VIP program.We got promised free stuff but because my income wasn't what they wanted they wouldn't give us what we were promised.The lady was RUDE!

DON'T DO THE "Vacation Package" literally ruined like 8 hrs of our honeymoon. No matter how many times we said no there was a new guy who came up. We were so mentally exhausted #brutal - beautiful tho

Iyana at call center was extremely rude . Other than that our visit has been pleasant so far .

Nice resort . their cabin delivery sucks. ETA 4 a very small order was 1 hour.,understandable due to high volume. However, they dint deliver in 2hr. Calld them 10 times. Dint even pick up the phone

The longest we had to wait for anything was about 30 minutes. They were much nicer this time than they were last time.

Dishes were dirty , knife broken, u share laundry machines w others. I own at Westgate in Florida far better there. I wouldn't be an owner if I came here first :(

Called maintenance twice for the shower door which trapped my daughter the second time, and for the mini fridge that didn't work at all. Staff didn't seem to care.

Don't ride the trolly takes to long! But it is $.50

Worst customer service EVER! You have to go to sales to see a room and they treat you as invisible, you have to go to them. WORST WORST WPORSt. Never recommending this place!

The indoor waterpark looks great, but on an overcast, rainy day, the ambient temperature inside was much too cold.
