MountainLoft Resort

Resort needed updating on the interior. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub makes you forget all of that. Beautiful views in 11 building. Great proximity to center city .

Very nice resort close to downtownown Gatlinburg. It has been under renovation for several years so you will encounter some minor issues. The staff is friendly and courteous. We come here often.

The townhouses are nice, but are showing some signs of age and neglect. The views are probably best from the hotel like rooms at the top of the hill . Very close to the Smoky Mountain National Park .

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Super nice! Close to the strip but not in the middle of it!

The furniture isn't tiny. It's normal people sized. I weigh 200 lbs and fit just fine in everything. Very nice place and nice people. Use the VIP deals desk.

This is a very nice place with a nice view . Great location.. But the rooms are small.. We were not in the cabins .. But there resort rooms in building 1-5 are a little crowded . .. Small .

The chalets and villas are great to stay in. Very roomy .

Fire pit is very nice with a great view of the mountains .

Owner Update? Don't believe "We only need 1hour of your time". We arrived at our scheduled 8:20am appointment, waited 20+minutes before it even began.. finally able to leave by 11AM. Missed breakfast .

A nice hotel room for people to stay

Stains on ceiling, chip in sink, missing, or broken utensils and dishes????

If you forget you iPhone charger don't worry... All the alarm clocks are docking stations.

The wifi may be free... But it's also tooo slow. My Verizon iPhone hotspot is quicker.

My room smelled bad and front desk couldn't relocate me. Offered air freshner...

Dont eat or u won't fit in the tiny furniture .

This is the worst resort I have ever been to, the buildings were a mess, the rooms smelt like bug spray and it was down right disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
