The staff here are absolutely amazing, and will help accommodate you, as well as try to help you with whatever you ask of them. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Impressive!

Helpful staff installed a fridge and microwave for us - just ask if you need one! Stayed with our 8week old daughter and everything & everyone was great!

Cozy . Stayed in a suite with a couple friends, we had a great time. Needed more chairs and tables, though.

Stayed in the new renovated rooms , and they were great. They were spacious and the beds were great.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Great place to piss when you leave the Penguins game.

The free shuttle service is clutch. Joe (the driver) has strong opinions on the steelers.

Tip the shuttle drivers. There all very nice and put up with a lot of shit daily.

Best Doubletree I have stayed in.. Just don't go to the restaurant ... it was pretty bad.

Great hotel if you don't mind rats

Food is good, but slow. Wait staff not that friendly , low energy. Menu changes , breakfast buffet ends 10am-nothing tells you that. Serves until 11. TV is not flat screen , not HD, & limited channels.

This hotel needs some work. Lots of minor issues, like broken mirrors and broken flush handle on the toilet . Not a well trained staff .
