We stopped by for a quick visit to see the Minnehaha Falls. It’s one of my favorite places in Minneapolis. The 53 foot falls are a sight to behold and are truly amazing in the winter when it’s frozen.

Alex May

It's hard to believe that there is such a beautiful waterfall and nature area so close to a bustling metropolitan area. Also, the in-park restaurant Sea Salt Eatery is a can't-miss! Try the Po-Boy!

Yuni Graham

We braved this hike at 90 degree weather and it was totally worth it! Recommend climbing to the top of the stairs if you're feeling up for it!

Yus

Such a fantastic place to visit. Loved the soothing sound of the cascading waterfall and exploring the park on the family sized GoCarts. A ton of Fun!!

you can rent a surrey bike to tour the park and falls but remember that if you go down hill you have to get the thing back up!

RhinoTech

The Falls are very close to RhinoTech, so you can have a meeting, get hands-on training at our Eagen Training Center and then head over for some beauty, nature, a wade and some great seafood !

Paul

Go down the steps and then walk along the trail to the Mississippi River . Or enjoy a picnic in this beautiful park .

Don't leave without eating an order of peel and eat shrimp from Sea Salt . It pairs nicely with a Surly and a Sebastian Joe's ice cream .

Worth a walk around. Gorgeous greenery to appreciate.

There is a sign telling you not to go behind the falls ... The very worn path past the sign tells you the ineffectiveness of said sign.

Jeremy Lebens

Beautiful walking trails and waterfalls . Makes for a relaxing walk. Parking is cheap .

Jordan Hanlon

Great place to spend the day, $0.75/hr parking in lot and free on streets. Take the path past the falls and all the way to Ft. Snelling park .

It's not really much of a hike which is why it's so startling when the falls appear sooner than you think. Very cool.
