Grand hotel next to the opera house. Old school, the only elevator with seats in Europe :) also a pillow room menu

Excellent hotel experience!! Food, service, rooms, concierge and location all excellent. When in Vienna for business or pleasure, do yourself a favor and stay here ( and have the awesome breakfast ).

Excellent receiptionists with great smiles! Concierge did an outstanding explanations and recommendations on things to do! Breakfast at cafe was great and had more than enough choices.

Great location, amazing view on opera house. I loved the lobby and the bar . It would be nice if they renovate executive rooms.

Perfect location (opposite Opera House) and you can listen to the opera every evening right from your room. The suite is amazing and comfortable .

The best durum is in a front of Hotel Bristol ( in the second "shop" from the opera side ) recommend !????????❗️✅

Great service, comfy beds , good breakfast . Wifi is poor and expensive . In balance a good hotel . Check out Art Nouveau staircase on 5th and 6th floors.

They have 10 newly refurbished rooms and will extend that number. The new rooms are classical modern rooms . Amazing plus the extraordinary service of this hotel .

They claim it is 5 stars hotel but I doubt. Very old building & room furniture . Small room size. Bathroom is nice & marble but tiny shower . Nice & friendly staff . Overpriced hotel .

Great service, but very old/traditional hotel . Not entirely to my taste, but can't fault the service. I am sure those that love traditional-style hotels will love this one!

Check in here but the welcome drink is just for display i guess. Check in under spg platinum membership but has not been offered with so call 'welcoming drink'. bad approach of greeting a guest.

The only thing I will complain is the showers , it is either freezing cold or burning hot. It was extremely hard to find a middle ground.

The 19€ a day "high-speed" Internet is nostalgically charming, like 1998 AOL dial-up, only slower.

This review is for the restaurant . Not as fancy a meal as the price would suggest. The waiters tell you different menu options. They should get their stories straight before confusing customers...

Below standards of luxury collection moniker. Ask for a renovated room or you will be disappointed.

The wifi in the rooms is very weak and slow. Try moving downstairs and using the Freewave wifi in the lounge for a better connection.
