Everyone's talking about the bún bò huế , but the bò kho is the star; the meat is extremely tender and the broth is stellar. I never say this, but Ao Sen's bò kho is better than my mom's!

Whatever beef pho you get, get nuoc beo on the side. Or just ask for green onion oil. Pour 2 heaping spoonfuls into your soup . You'll thank me. =)

I always enjoy coming here. They are very friendly and the pho is great. Had a beef pho today with brisket , tendon and tripe . Always happy after too!

The Pho is legit. They also do Bun Cha Hanoi which is very hard to find around here, (as opposed to the ubiquitous Bun Cha ). Highly recommended.

Closes relatively early for dinner . Minimum $20 for credit card. Bun Bo Hue is amazing & perfect amount for a satisfying dinner .
