Everything is great but pass on the burger . Small, cold, and not worth the $. The shocker was definitely the mac n cheese , very stellar. Lean brisket can be too lean so stick to fatty.
Best bet is the platter (ribs , brisket , turkey , pulled pork ). For sides, slaw was good and greens exceptional. Corn bread ++
Lamb is seriously wonderful. And the brisket is really great too. Can’t beat this place.
If you get the bbq you won’t be disappointed. Amazing for football and any sport events with a huge beer garden and tv outside, tons of room indoor when it’s cold.
Huge space , perfect for groups or watching a game or just catching up with friends. The actual barbecue leaves a lot to be desired (which was also the case at the Gowanus location).
Mac and cheese was absolutely the standout dish. Probably the best I’ve had in the city ?

october fest is the best time to come, the smoked trout salad is awesome. it's also close enough to grab a quick beer before the movies. - Lauren
