みなとみらい地区に10年にオープン、フィットネスクラブ。Adidasと提携した運営で、チェーン経営ではないが、プログラムも充実。プール 、ジャクジー付きのスパ もあって設備は充実。スタジオも３つあり、みなとみらいTOCのコレット・メールの７−8階にあります。妻が正会員で、私はおまけ会員。
プール は22時以降がオススメ!!人が少なくて泳ぎやすいよ。

Everyone is really nice at this gym :D but sometimes it can get a bit crowded especially in the main weightlifting area! For a gym in Japan I think it's great quality but just a little expensive! - Diana C.

There s a really oishii kaitenzushi on the 5th floor..you gotta try their yakitamago (eggroll) :it's unbeatable.. although all their fish is very good quality with pretty affordable prices - Stefano Ng
