One of the most interesting museum i have ever seen. The audio guide, the smells, everything makes you time travel. The staff is very friendly . You will spend approximately 3 hours, and it worths it!
Buy your tickets on their website and save yourself from the line and a couple bucks off the ticket prices. You don’t need to do it ahead of time either!
Great variety of vehicles & plenty of great info, both from the yellow hats as well as the free audio tour companion. Just don't be like me and forget sunscreen if you're going there mid-day...
Arrive early and do the flight deck first. It gets crowded and hot up there fast.
This place surprised me positively. The retired officers explain everything in detail with a passionate energy that makes you want to listen to all the amazing stories they have while onboard.
Have your ever been on a flight deck before. İf not then try it ;) 26 usd adults, 18 usd youth, kids free. 1-2 hour tour by yourself or a guide.
One of the best museums I’ve been to. Don’t park where the meters are. Meter parking is only for 3 hours, carry cash, Park in the lot on the right side of the midway, $10 for 12 hours.
Great piece of history to come and take in! Make sure you allot plenty of time to take in all the tours !
Take the time to listen to the docents in the yellow hats--they all served and have interesting stories.
This is "inside" the Midway maritime museum , in Foursquare parlance. Definitely start up here, rather than before where the official free voice tour starts.
Tons to see and do. Audio tour comes with admission. Great historical ship and a great time
Its cool to see the history that help almost the whole world get the freedom
It was amazing! You should definitely check it out.
Shows the military might of our great company and the sacrifice our men and women of the armed forces make everyday.
This was an awesome time! Well worth the money to see history!
Such an amazing experience...give yourself at least 4 hrs to do the whole ship.
Great museum with so many details of planes and the aircraft carrier.
Interesting to know how sailors live there, great to see all those planes and helicopters.
The yellow hats are wonderful to talk with. They know so much about the ship.
Go to the lower deck and check out quarters where the sailors live
Fun, make sure to tour the bridge & the island
