Great hotel . Best rate during the Stampede. Steps away from the terminal and car rental return. North 51 and YYC lounge are both great for food and drinks.
Staff was awesome even while dealing with irate airline customers. Made a long day better.

Not so friendly staff . Dry rooms. Don't get a room facing the pool, noisy !
