Friendly service staff as mentioned in the prev tip. Weekdays would be the perfect time to sit down and enjoy a coffee or two in a private corner and watch people passing by.
Good service thou its part of self-service. Studio M should feel lucky to have good service staff thou two of them were only trainees. Give them a thumbs up.
Flat white w nachos and cheese dipping sauce on a rainy day ???? Super convenient in house cafe for a hotel that sells chocolates too!
