Great park for strolling and picnics after Broadway market

As mentioned countless times before, this is hipster-ville at its finest. But it's not bad - the grass if often worn down & muddy/dusty (depending on the weather!) so arrive early to stake your spot!

Gearing up for 'Hackney's biggest ever wildflower meadow' in the summer 2013, so a large chunk near Broadway Market is fenced off until July.

Some great lines of old London Plane Trees . Really nice. Beautiful colour in Autumn too.

Great bbq area. Also right next to broadway market in case you need more food, drinks or a wc with less queue

Get a pizza from Franco Manca and sit in the park with a few beers .

Serious hipster-vile. On a nice day this is bbq central. Two kids parks and a community pool are here too!

Very crowded park in the weekends! Loads of people with music everywhere that you can't enjoy the time here!

When not invaded by the trendy set over the weekend, it's a great local park with a paddling pool, the London Fields Lido, tennis courts , two children's play parks , and a table tennis table .

Great historic local green area , wonderful in summer, but unfortunately spoiled by influx of hoxton tw@ts from nearby broadway market
