Their real bread , pastry is coming from heaven, Sunday's pizzas is the best in London and maybe Italy! Saturday's brunch is totally worth to visit them after a night out in Friday ;p the atmosphere.

AManda HUang

My favorite bakery in London . Highly recommended for fresh sourdough bread , almond croissant is to die for. Service and coffee wasn't really good but glad the food made up for that.

Thê-Minh Trinh

We had several pastries but the one that impressed me the most was the vanilla and dulce de leche eclair . Great and fun to go by the kitchen when you're sitting in the other room!

Mashail Abdulaziz

We tried the walnut as will as the lemon loaf, both are utterly delicious.. also great coffee and really wonderful staff

Yaseen Rocca

One of the best bakeries in London. All sourdough , tasty wholemeal bread , amazing cheesecake . Tea & coffee also available here or next door. And they offer bread-making courses!

Doreen Joy

Hackney Wild, their flagship sourdough , is amazing. Really great sandwich and other food options for lunch , as well as pastries and cakes in the morning.

Asli Y

Good coffee & many treats to choose from. Give the vegan ones a try as well . find the popular salted rye cookie too sweet for my liking which is more like a rounded brownie in texture and density.

Ashley Dando

I couldn’t wait to eat my cake so a half eaten pic is all I have. Great bread , tasty treats and good coffee . Service is friendly and quick

Louise Willett

love going here for a piece of toast with great jam or peanut butter and a lovely coffee . Their breads are great (especially the seeded ones) as are alllll the baked goods !

Raquel de Meneses

Favorite bakery in London . Try every bread available and find happiness. The pastries are something else. Rye chocolate sea salt cookie and caramel tart are worthy of your attention.

María

Try their vegan cakes . Out of this world!!

Christian Klotz

On Sundays they do sourdough pizza from 12.30 to 4pm … very good, too. Also don't forget to check out their lunch offers during the week

Matt Schofield

Hands down the best bakery in London. Their Hackney Wild sourdough is a weekend breakfast staple, and the café is a great spot for a ☕️ and ????

David Rosenberg

If it's a baked good , you can't go wrong, but don't sleep on the savoury stuff either. They also make a mean iced tea here (Really? Yes.) Walk to the loo through the kitchen.

SSK

Tucked away beneath the arches of the overground, this gem serves homemade pizzas , pastries and bread . There's an authentic no hassle vibe I love.

David

Who knew bread could be hip ? Worth the hype though. Check their Twitter @e5bakehouse for their daily brunch menu . Yum

Doreen Joy

The Hackney Wild is damn tasty. I've always gotten served here pretty quickly and the staff are friendly as well .

Jef Weg

Coffee was smooth and delicious, pain au chocolat had a unique flavour. Not the best chocolate but it was good

Harry van den Bergh

Enjoy a flat white with their homemade pastry . And pick up a Hackney Wild sourdough bread to enjoy at home.

Nico R

Best bread south of London Fields . Freshly made in an San Francisco style open bakery . The Danish pastries are legendary.

Cute seating right inside this baking factory . Get the pumpkin toast ! ????????

One of the best if not the best place to buy bread . Don't be put off by the queue, it moves quickly.

Jess Dervin-Ackerman

Delicious coffee , incredible sourdough bread (hackney wild), and great selection of vegan and gluten free pastries .

Pain au raisin is outstanding - moist & chewy, nice balance of custard & pastry , a little sweet

Very nice bread , pastries and coffee . Free wifi , good music selection round up the offering.

Once you taste their bread , any supermarket bread you buy from that moment on will be relegated to the freezer and marked "for emergencies only".

Best bread within miles. Also a great place for brunch . The Hackney Wild is a classic, but the Ciabatta is to die for.
