I come to this location all the time and the service is always excellent! Whenever placing a to go order I always get Juan at the front who is one of the nicest guys! I highly recommend this location.

Love Cheesecake Factory, worth the wait & hectic parking . (EVEN THOUGH I never had an issue with either) I always get the fish & chips with the Hersey Cheesecake , but today I will try the oreo one

Food, desserts , iced tea . Staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable booths . Good selection of healthy food ! Great for kids as well !

Curbside to go means just that: curbside food to go. If you park in one of those spots and you are not using curbside to go, Cheesecake Factory employees are authorized to slash your tires .

If you are having a hard time finding parking just park in the parking structure behind Sears and cut through the mall to Cheesecake . It's a very short walk.

Everyone complains about parking . If you have working legs, just park in the parking garage by Coa. It's free and there's always room.

Resees peanut butter cup cheesecake is sooo good but sooo rich

This tip is more so for the establishment. When customers are ordering for pickup make sure the food is at least hot. Every item of my meal was cold; not lukewarm but cold. Unacceptable????????
