They'll sometimes take you at genius bar w/out appts. Or you can make an appt on the spot for like an upland iPhone and they'll still look @ your Mac

When you check-in for an appointment, make sure to seek out a worker with a green smart cover. I learned this the hard way.

Of course being in an apple store is fun. It just gets awkward when the workers are standing around not acknowledging you. "Um... Hi I need Apple Care..."

Picked up imac from repair wasn't able to get the protective sheet cover for the computer if you pick up a serviced item bring some sort of protective case.

Great service but be sure to make an apt. Also, the guys here are all adorable.

Genius Bar reservations are done online, service okay, staff members here are helpful. Not inexpensive , but it is Apple, what else would you expect?

Do yourself a favor and find a different Apple store in the area. This one has terrible customer service. Always 40 mins behind schedule for any appointments.

Worst. Staffing. Ever. Waited almost a half hour to purchase Beats by Dre. Decided against it because I got NO service! Horrible.
