Check in and check out was quick. The downfall is the parking , it is located in parking deck across the street. Enjoyed the pools being open until midnight.
Best place to stay at Myrtle Beach. All units have been updated with granite countertops & new drapes/bedspreads. Can't meet the amenities here for the kids. Waterpark, lazy rivers , pools, bars & more.
This place has gone up a million points by adding a Starbucks right across the street! Favorite place to go ever!

Love the ocean room view ! Elevator broke down one day, luckily we weren't too far up 8th floor...perfect!
If you want to get buffet breakfast at the Sea Captain's House, better go early. Breakfast "ends" at 10:30 and is packed by 9:30.
Cigar aficionados: Bring your sticks and enjoy them on your balcony while watching the surf .
Stay at the Chelsea Villas . Really nice, more space, less commotion. :) great for groups .

if you don't mind sleeping in a place the smells like an ash tray, has dirty sticky rugs, it's outdated, has cockroaches and provides no customer service whatsoever then this is the place for you.
Cayman Towers only. 3br Deluxe is perfect.

Awesome place! Very nice rooms too.
Elevator broke. Slippery floors mats not put out right places. Overchlorinated hot tub left chemical burn. They denied it but later drained hot tub before a water sample could be taken. Overall rude.
Used to have the big chess pieces but replaced them with big checkers. Not cool.
The outdoor bar has great drinks
How disappointing. Read such great reviews and was so excited but then we got here. Staff is rude, pool at the Jamaica building is filthy, and they tacked on a hidden "resort fee". Pity.

Nice place, but if your only staying one night be sure to bring your own dish detergent. It's set up for a longer vacation. They don't supply anything. Otherwise it's a great place. - Laurie Williams
