Grand Marais plate with trout . Funky decor and friendly staff . This place reminds you of your grandmothers house and the food is just as good. Skip the chains and come here. No wait on a weekday.

Eggs Benedict was amazing! Husband had the chalkboard scrambled eggs , it looked amazing and he said it tasted really good. We will be back

Cornedbeef hash was amazing! We got the biscuits and gravy , side of bacon , and a pancake . Eggs were closer to medium than over easy but still good.

Great service, good food. The oatmeal is perfectly prepared and a good choice if your looking for something healthy. Go for an omelette is if you're hungry.

The fried potatoes are so delicious but the service wasn’t the best. It took 30 minutes to be sat. Food came quick. Had to wait 10 minutes after receiving my food for a fork and another 5 for a knife.

The Buckwheat Pumpkin Waffles are as advertised ...awesome! But expect a long wait for a table ...made better by the coffee you can pour yourself while waiting.
