leaving another great but SLOW tip. VERY slow service but the reward is the most amazing hot chocolates , salted caramels that are to die for, and the mini cupcakes are delicious/great for parties :)
My favorite is the hazelnut hot chocolate .. But I'm sure all are good.

The chocolates are quite nice. But I was also put off by the service. I was in with a group on one occasion, and our drinks were cool, not hot enough for any of us. We left disappointed.
Run, don't walk, to support this decadent Downtown Naperville gem. If you can't get you fix here, then you really don't like chocolate . The space is amazing. Thought I was in Europe.
Drinks here are great, but the serve there sucks! The first time my boyfriend and I went, we were waiting over 20 minutes for a serve to take our order(which they did only when we decided to leave)!

the service here is super slow and some of the older servers are pretty rude/pretentious. they act like you're personally inconveniencing them by coming in and giving them business.
It's like pulling teeth to get servers to pay attention to you. The servers almost outnumber the guests (11), and we waited 20 minutes before our order was taken. Then another 20 for the check.
Loved the hot chocolate hazelnut .
Enjoyed the food and drinks but it took over 30 minutes for a latte and shake ..
I like their macarons
