Fish Head steamboat here is not bad, so is the butter crabs , the dry-fried beef horfun 干炒牛肉河粉, and the sambal fried rice ..Xing Zhou beehoon 新洲米粉 and the rest of the horfun are not that nice..

Try out the XO Fish Head Bee Hoon . It's definitely one of the best fish soup around.

Dim sum is pretty good. Much much better compared to the previous management in terms of food and service.
