Am a stranded traveler who has been delayed by 3 days. Service is unbeatable here!! I checked in early, and they were very accommodating. Was wonderful to feel so welcomed after dealing with airlines .
Be sure to ask for extra pillows and a room facing away from the interstate. They'll tell you it's quiet but it's really... Well you decide. :(
Park right outside your room window and do not leave ANYTHING in your vehicle. The hotels on this exit are not as safe as the one just 2 exits south of here. PS your probably paying more here too!
