Easily one of my favorite oceans. The quality of the negative ions coming off the surf is awesome. Sand along the Solana, CA stretch is ideal for running (either barefoot or with shoes ).
Don't litter! Pick up trash on your way out. Your beach will thank you for it.
This is a bad ocean. Do not come.
Don't drop in! Have some respect and surf etiquette.
Bring a wet suit for surfing ! The breeze is cold!
