Rakiraki Ramen & Tsukemen

I always order the red edition ramen , that’s the best, but order the hot spice on the side because it’s really hot, in my personal opinion this is the best ramen in San Diego and I’ve been to a few.

Food was delicious, we tried vegetarian ramen and sushi , we did have to wait over 30 min to get in and the restrooms didn't work but other than that service and food are excellent!

This busy ramen shop has created their own take on the ramen burger . Patty options include turkey , veggie , pork , or beef , but go with the signature option: tsukune (chicken ).

Great ramen and fantastic special! I recommend getting there by 11 when they open, by 11:30 the place is packed.

Great ramen !! The second time I had the oxtail ramen , which was also great! The wait can be long but you can also order to go on line and pick it up without a wait.

Delicious food, slow service since they're always packed. And when they say lean pork they mean LEAN, so get underbelly if you're expecting any fat on your chashu . Tsukemen broth was on the thin side.

Too many choices to choose from. I got the black garlic ramen and that was really good. Also get the rakiraki roll and the karaage chicken .

They do a good job of cooking ramen for the ramen burger bun - sticks together better than others I've had. The beef/pork ramen burger was a bit dry.

Pay a little more and add extra toppings like egg to your ramen . The tsukumen (dipping ramen ) and chicken karaage are pretty good too.

My tonkatsu ramen was as warming as the industrial ground-up interior design and the seemingly sporadic dangling light fixtures. Choose from Sapporo and Asahi beers .

Best ramen in San Diego . This place does a tastier chicken-based broth than Tentenyu.

The Chicken Karaage appetizer is great and worth getting with a Donburri bowl to make a great lunch !

I won't call this authentic , but it's delicious. So, give it a try, at least once.

Skip the ramen and order the Tsukumen if you want something fulfilling and comforting. You won't be disappointed.

Oxtail ramen is pretty delish, just make sure you're hungry.

They need to have a Gluten Free menu . Perhaps offer soup with sprouts or the new Gluten Free Ramen .

Get the lunch combo ... Eat all your ramen before you leave. They don't have proper Togo containers for soup .

The Ramen Bowl Lunch Special is phenomenal. Super flavourful and more than enough food for a great price. Very attentive staff offering great service. All in all, top pick on Convoy.

They use chicken broth instead of pork broth for their ramen . It's not as salty, but the garlic noodles from this place is worth the visit.
