Tajima Ramen House

One of the best ramen place in San Diego. Always sit at bar if I want to relax and enjoy a bowl of authentic ramen and some drinks after work in late night .

You honestly can't go wrong with their Kakuni Ramen with thin noodles and the original Tajima broth. Sooooo tasty, flavorful, and just hits the spot. I would even say get another egg in there too!

I have been to a lot of Ramen places and I gotta say this place is number 1, tried the chicken miso ramen with a side of fried rice and it was amazing! Even got extra noodles for my broth.

Try the Ground Pork , with the thin-cut noodle and spicy Tajima Original (tonkotsu ) broth. For a satisfying meal, add a takana (Japanese spicy pickled leaves) rice ball , which bursts with flavor.

Can't go wrong with the spicy ramen with thin cut noodles . You know...pretty much what everyone else has been saying, heh.

The appetizers were a bit undersalted but the ramen was great. Try the tonkotsu with fat noodles , red bomb, and black garlic oil !

Sat at the bar and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was delicious. I got the house ramen and it was the bomb. The best part they let you take ramen to go. Will be coming back!!!!!

Go big or go home. Get both the tonkotsu kakuni and curry BBQ pork ramens !

An OG ramen shop of SD, and I still think it’s one of the best. A satisfying, solid bowl of ramen . Wait was shorter here than at the Izakaya on Fri night.

Tonkotsu , mabo tofu , ground pork and mini, was the best I ever had with the garlic edamame ,... Yum

Ramen is excellent. Lots of other Japanese dishes if hot ramen is not your thing. Try the Okonomiyaki for something authentic and unique.

They're renovating right now but don't let the exposed dry wall stop you from enjoying delicious ramen . The soy sauce flavored broth is perfectly seasoned.

Come for lunch Mon - Thurs and get 10 percent off Ramen . Great alternative place to eat late night Fri /Sat after drinking with your friends.

When it's cold and/or late night on weekend and you don't want a heavy meal, Tajima is the place to go.

I've recently solidified an addiction to the German Potatoes . My go-to is the Miso ramen with fat cut noodles and Kakuni.

Got the tonkatsu ramen , friend got the chicken katsu curry . Both were delicious! Service was amazing.

Amazing Ramen . Worth the half hour wait to be seated. Curry Ramen & Tajima Ramen are amazing!

Good ambience and this place is open late !! In addition to your ramen , definitely get the garlic edamame !

Tonkotsu ramen is great. Karage is also very good.

Get extra curry with the menchi katsu and minus the loads of ginger on the side. Skip the hot tea here (it's more like lukewarm water with a lemon ).

Mabo tofu tonkotsu ramen for those who like a good earthy spice.

Try their Hayashi Omu Rice . It's white rice wrapped in an egg omelet and topped with beef hash and gravy .

Okonomiyaki is great!!! Sole reason to come to this place !! Order with pork
