My favorite milk teas : Three brothers, roasted oolong, barley. Favorite dish: salt & pepper fish . Keep in mind they have Tea Station-like $5/person minimum and $10 credit card minimum policies.

The food is good, teas are tasty. Their hot teas are actually decent unlike tea n more. I like this place more than the other tea places.

Bigger location with the same menu! And way less crowded than all the other "Asian hangout spots "

Still the best boba , not mushy just right. Killer spicy salt & pepper fish fillet

Portions are huge! Either come with an empty stomach and big appetite or share with a friend.

The pommy granny smoothie is an amazing combination of strawberries and peach pomegranate juice !

Spicy three-ingredient soup is not actually spicy , but quite tasty and filling. Love it with a dash of white vinegar.

Rose milk tea is yummy! Great congee too but dont get the fried tofu !

Ask for a loyalty if you order a drink.

Get the house special fried noodle !

The popcorn chicken is so bomb here. But the hot teas are not good. Go tea n more or living room for good hot teas .

Try the Salt Pepper Fish Fillet :) perfect combination of spicy and garlic !!
