If you come for a run or bike ride too early (attempting to beat the heat), you'll find the bathrooms locked.
Mountain views overlooking downtown Phoenix. Open from 5:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Great place for a picnic or a run, bike or walk along the canal , right across the street.
