One of my top 5 pubs in London . Great selection, friendly locals and tucked away. They focus on the beer so don't come here hungry.

Since refurb has large bright windows, same hand pump beer selection . But look out for the lager pumps in the centre of the bar : Camden Hells, Budvar yeast and Macs Gold on tap are all good.

You can no longer stroke the terrier, his owner stopped coming when the new owners cancelled the jazz on Friday nights. Don't bother coming here anymore, all that made it special is long gone.

Unfriendly. Doesn't take cards. Toilets smell of piss. Proper pub ! :)
