Apple pie a la mode. Delicious!! Can't wait to go back and try other flavors.

I always love coming here with my friends or my mother or father. The food is awesome but you better get there early because the later it gets the harder it is to get a table.

 The food at House of Pies is “mehhh,” but the pie is where it’s at! Highly recommend a slice of Strawberry Rhubarb and a cup of coffee for an utterly satisfying any time snack .

An amazing place! Chilli is my favorite and let’s not forget that special desert of coke with vanilla ice cream , just delicious♥️

The coconut cream pie and french silk pie are amazing! The pippin apple is the best apple pie around. Always busy on weekend nights!

If there's a wait you can get seated faster by asking to sit at the bar . Get the sausage scrambler or juevos rancheros ! Also best diner coffee in the city !

They are a full diner and restaurant with a huge menu: but I only come here for pie : strawberry-rhubarb, buttermilk , key lime and so much more...

The Bayou Goo pie is the best ... cream cheese and chocolate and whipped cream ... you gotta try it!

The "Club" breakfast was perfectly filling for me. 2 triangles of french toast , 2 eggs , and 2 strips of bacon / one sausage patty . Had a slice of french silk pie about an hour later. Yum.

The best place to have some hamburguers and hot tea . Try pumpkin pie . So yummy always.

Solid diner food . Only a few items suck, most are really good. Pies are excellent!

Amaretto cheesecake is da bomb fo reals. Just make sure not to come on a night when this place is getting robbed.

I wouldn't buy their food, but the breakfast and pies are to die for. Preferably their amaretto almond cheesecake .

Best french silk iv been able to find, anywhere!! Best diner coffee iv come across. Definately worth multiple trips, we're regulars!

I'm in love with the chicken fried steak sammich . House of Pies is one of the few places that does it right.

Consistency is the foundation of a successful business. Helps explain why it's always packed! Plus, the food is yummy.

Best waffles I've had. Try some with their hot chocolate with whip cream , it's so creamy & delicious!

Try the Patty Melt ! It's to die for! The ladies know my order! Patty Melt , no tomatoes , French Fries and a slice of sweet potato pie , microwaved for 15 seconds!

Of course try the pies . But you must the Mexican rock cookies !!

The cornbeef hash reminds me of home. Order an extra side of toast to make sandwhichs =) and the New York style Cheesecake is perfect in my opinion.

The warm strawberry rhubarb pie with ice cream is pure magic.

The chicken tenders are the best. Real pieces of chicken , hand battered. Get them with a side waffle . Heaven in Houston.
