Great customer service. The agents working there will hound you but I'd rather have that than someone who ignores me.
My mom and I been waiting for our Washer machine and Dryer to arrive and we waited from 4 PM - 8 PM and they've never stopped by @ our new home. I would never recommend my friends to shop here at all!

Don't buy any laptop warranty here.It doesn't cover anything.I bought the warranty 6 months ago and had a hard drive failure.Instead of fixing it for me they make me send my laptop to the manufacturer
