Don't shop gaijin. Meat & produce quality:price ratio is fantastic. Clean , the Whole Foods of Asian markets . Go for the powdered honey , fresh fish , & cheapest bananas in town .

The Singapore curry noodle soup at the food court is authentic . The Korean food at the court is good of you're in a hurry.

Fruits & vegetables are great and inexpensive . Several eastern & Latin American ingredients. Meats not so good. Seafood session inexpensive but not great (except lobsters & crabs ). Fine Food court .

Eat at the food court first before grocery shopping. The fresh veges and meat and fish are very clean and fresh

The Tokyo house to busy reading news paper so I walked to bento grill I had noodle soup was very good the important thing about soup it also should taste good

Eat at Beijing House (in the food court after you check out) - great food at a great price! Kung Pao Chicken , Mongolian Beef , Tangsuyuk, Mu Gu Gai Pan are all awesome.

Great selection of Asian and Latin products. Definitely check out the food stalls near the check out.

An overwhelming amount of Asian food stuffs, as well as small sections for Caribbean and Mexican. The fresh seafood is unparalleled.

Buy the sushi grade fish here along w/ sushi appetizers . If you have a long drive home, they have ice you can pack the fish in. The Udon bowl in the food court is amazing too!

Produce here is much lower than YDFM. Sometimes availability is limited, but I hit here before hitting FM. Chicken & beef ridiculously low-priced, makes me kinda suspicious of sourcing / quality.

Leave time to have lunch while you are here. Plenty to pick from.

Excellent produce, a bit on the over priced side on the meat. If the lobsters are not in a tank kicking and screaming but on ice in the shrimp area, don't buy them.

If you bring your own bags to carry out your produce, you receive 10 cents credit on your bill for every bag they use, 5 bags = .50 cents credit

After 7pm, buy 1 get 1 free items on the red table near the kimchee .

Beware the long lines during peak hours. Go during the mid mornings or mid afternoon.
