The shanghai steamed soup dumplings and the scallion pancakes(in the picture) are outstanding. Also, if you're looking for something crunchier, try the crispy fried shrimp on a stick. It's yummy!! :D

Had the perfect dim sum brunch for one: soup dumplings (great flavor, what you expect from a soup dumpling ), fried soup dumplings (chewy dough with crunchy bottoms), and cold cucumber salad !

Soup dumplings , wonton soup , spring rolls and shrimp and broccoli were all delicious! The staff isn't that friendly but the food is well worth it. (Side note: it's cash only )

Some of the best soup Dumplings I've had. The beef dumpling is also delicious & damn near as juicy as the XLB. hands down the best red bean buns ever. They are more pastry-like than they are buns .

This is just about as good as it gets for dim sum in Philly. I challenge you to spend more than $15 per person, including tip, while getting stuffed on the soup dumplings and other dishes.

This is the real Dim Sum Garden. Get the soup dumplings ! (Avoid the old Dim Sum Garden location--the new owners just stole the name.)

One of the best spots in Chinatown. You'd never know. You want the shanghai pan fried pork juicy buns - it's inside out wonton soup . The meat, the broth, are all INSIDE the bun .

So delicious. Definitely get the Xiao long Bao with crab meat (almost better here than Taiwan's Din Tai Fung). Their Siu Mai is also very good, as well as the pan-fried chicken dumplings .

killer. obviously for its soup dumplings - but also for its pork noodles , scallion pancakes and red bean pancakes . they're BYO and super cheap . highly recommend.

Great soup dumplings ! Got full with just 3-4 dim sum dishes and still had an entree. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! Good pick!

Don't come expecting traditional Hong Kong dim sum -- Dim Sum Garden instead serves the best authentic Shanghai dim sum in the area, like beef noodles and soup dumplings .

Definitely a great place to have dumplings ! They taste fresh and not too salty! Try the soup dumpling (the soup is inside!) and the pan fried pork juicy buns !

XLB (Soup/Juicy dumplings ) are really good! Quiete thin skin and tasty broth and meat. Fried version is also alright

Soup dumplings are so-so, I've had the best ones, and it ain't here. For beginners though, you'll enjoy it. Place on spoon, break it to let the soup out, sip soup and eat dumplings .

Among the best in the area. The buns and Chinese broccoli are amazing!! Be sure to wash it down with a boba tea .

Minced pork noodle (dry style), stewed chicken , and soupy dumplings are the way to go.

It looks like a dump , but amazing soup dumplings (Shanghai steamed buns ). Put it on your spoon, bite a hole on top, sauce, slurp out soup , eat the rest. Crab ones have very little crab at the top fold

Obviously, get the Shanghai soup dumplings . If you have room for more, try the Pork with sauce noodles . Deliciousness.

Definitely go pan-fried if you're getting the soup dumplings , which of course you are.
