DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. Store is happy to take your money. Then, they will make you fight to receive each item you purchased. No one at the store takes responsibility and works to correct things.

Just walked through the entire store and I wanted to purchase a dining set, couldn't as I couldn't find anyone! As I was leaving I saw a bunch of people just standing around!

NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEYS! I ordered a furniture set 9 MONTHS ago & I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FULL SET !!! NOT EVEN THE MANAGERS are helping. Been going back & forth with customer care - THE WORST

Avoid this place. Bought a sofa on Black Friday, was told it would be delivered in time for the holidays. Didn't happen then, and still hasn't. If I cancel the order, I lose a 30% restock fee.

Let me recorrect my self. The African American who is the manager was horrible. When some one says not financing, it means not financing.

Horrible customer service.
