The worst steak shack ever been to!!! I was waiting for half an hour and surprisingly they haven't even key in the order???????????????????? Sucks!!!!!!

The worst NY Steak Shack I've ever been...waiting for so long for my order...somehow they forgot.
Slow service. Order took about 45 minutes to deliver .
Meat was not seasoned, and on top of that it was grilled until ashes. What a let down.
The food was average.
