This is store is definitely better looking than the one at the Lourve. More like a 'Paris-store'. It's nice to see they've used the old French architecture in this building and gave it a new life.

Formerly home to a bank this is Apple's flagship in Paris. Accessories are in the lower ground floor in what used to be the strongroom. Genius bar is on the mezzanine

Terrible experience at Apple store Opera in Paris. Customer support is beyond belief horrendous, I highly recommend that u never set a foot in there. They have no interest in providing support.

The decor here is simply awesome. Admire the surroundings while you queue for the iPhone 4S. And free Wifi too!

Great location - very busy. Scheduled pick up service somewhat of a scam - they make you wait 1h plus after agreed time slot.

You can get your tax back (détaxe) form easily

Expect to wait 30min-1h at Genius Bar , even with an appointment fixed. It will never be respected.

The salespersons are not friendly , the store is beautiful but the team that works there is very rude and apparently they are giving a sheet if you want to buy something or no????????
