First time staying at this hotel and I'm very impressed with the service of the hotel staff . Check-in was so easy and they even give you a glass of wine on arrival. Now my first choice in LA.

Best customer service on Sunset Strip . Great location! walking distance to many great restaurants . This will be my hotel of choice when visiting Hollywood.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Swanky room, great staff , really helpful. And amazingly for a hotel of this calibre, free wifi . Makes all the difference.

Rooftop pool had great cabanas where you can rest and get some work done during the day.

VERY expensive , although the Wine happy hour is a nice bonus. Make sure you go for a swim on the roof!

Be sure to eat at the Hotel 's RH restaurant . I stay at tons of Hyatt properties and the only one with better food is Park Hyatt Tokyo

Get a high floor room. The seventh floor was noisy with the sound of traffic. (Car stereos, horns, and people)

Don't count on having pool access whenever you want it. They host closed 'private events ' very frequently.

Parking is grossly overpriced. It's cheaper to park where it's not permit and take a cab. But this might make up for the super swanky perks. Unbeatable view .

Great pool area , like the typical free minibar snacks associated with all Andazes. But the rooms are poorly designed, worse than other Andazes. Feels like incomplete condo .

Screw the burger , go for the poached egg with foie gras and mushroom , or the pork belly . Excellent wine pairings .

to me THE best French restaurant in town . Chef Seb Archambault is a talented and humble genius that deserves his success.

For dessert , check out their dillon rum baba jar, which is basically cake in a jar of a rum syrup along with vanilla whipped cream on the side.
