Service was super fast, and super friendly . Dano (that was his name - really) made car rental an enjoyable experience - the ideal way to start vacation.

Booking and the electronic , self-check in was smooth. They let us pick the car we wanted. Return was pretty fast too. I got a cheaper price as a guest on the website than as an "Alamo Insider" though.

Pay attention if they offer an upgrade. Their wording can be tricky. Though we got a car withy the engine light on. Brought it back the next day and got an upgrade for free.

I have never had a fuel issue with them. I choose to drop off full. If the tank is less than full when I get the car, I let them know. Service is great.

Try the Mazda5 if you've booked a Corolla-class Intermediate.

Fill up with gas at costco if you have a membership there. It was 48 cents a gallon cheaper than the gas stations in Kihei

Don't be stupid...if you don't inform them that the tank isn't full when you pick up, then don't be surprised when they charge you for not filling it when you return it...

Crap service! Paid a $100 deposit and when car returned they tried to charge us double that saying they under charged us.

don't go here for your rental car ! when i returned my car, they automatically charged me for not filling up the tank by 2 gallons (her wild guess) without first checking with me. HORRIBLE!
