Rufo's Famous Tapa

The beef steak had an identity crisis, but the chicken tinola was enough to make me happy after I mixed it with crushed chili pepper .

I know they're famous for their tapa but you should check out their chicken barbeque as well ! Tastes better if partnered with pickled papaya :)

Good enough to fill you when you're hungry. The tapa is still the best meal.

Branch has terrible service during lunch . We kept following up and waited for over an hour but most of orders never arrived. Same dish came for other table who ordered after us... No apologies even

Bad service. Impolite crew who mutter under their breath about how customers are such an inconvenience. Food serving is small. Avoid this place.

Bad service. 1 order takes 30 mins to prepare. Also, serving is small -- you can finish your food in less than 5 mins.
