Parang baligtad. Pag take-out may charge na 5Pesos. Pag dine-in wala. I asked the cashier why. Sabi because of the styro . Come on! I see people dining in using styros !!
Other than the chilled taho and the Vigan longganisa (sans the waxy yellow rice ), everything else is blech.
