1. 화장실 칸수가 정말 적음 2. 4층 이상은 에스컬레이터가 없음 영화보고 내려오려면 엘리베이터 기다리거나 계단으로 내려와야댐 3. 생각보다 상영관이 좁음 4. 아직 공사하는층이 있어서 어수선함. 건너편 롯데시네마와 비교하여 크게 앞서는게 없어서 아쉬움.
