One of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Dirty . Smells bad. Full of mold and should NOT BE RATED 4xstars. Staff was non the less nice but destroyed my luggage when left there after checkout

Ok place, I had a single room it was tiny but ok, weak lightening, the heardrie was broken and the carpet was stained. Breakfast rich but of average quality. Very very nice staff !

Tragic "free" wifi . Decent rooms.
Swisscom internet is shit! Spent half an hour to connect and the speed is lower than 3g from vodafone on my phone. Constantly loses a wifi spot .

No estaba mal la habitación , aunque poca luz para mi gusto. Desayuno buffet muy bueno. No en El Centro, pero cerca de zona de restaurantes .

Pessima connessione a internet. La wi fi prende e non prende e comunque è lentissima. Provate 3 stanze, stessa situazione. Prende poco anche il 3g!

Excellent location with easy access to the trolley system. There is a garage for 12 euros a day. The hotel recommended a wonderful place to eat nearby that is safely walkable - Chau
